By purchasing any service from Recoil Hosting, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Users may not use our servers for DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining, or hosting illegal content. High CPU usage that negatively impacts other clients on the same node may result in a temporary suspension.
Services are pre-paid. Failure to pay an invoice within 3 days of the due date will result in automatic service suspension. Data is deleted 7 days after the due date if the balance remains unpaid.
We offer a 24-hour "No Questions Asked" refund policy for new customers. After 24 hours, refunds are only issued if a technical fault on our end prevents the service from functioning.
